Oversaw the successful kickoff and closeout of 2 large-scale wireless projects for T-Mobile and Sprint that completed the delivery of 4G LTE to South Florida, and the Gulf coast. Led Betacom to be the #1 contractor for both carriers, completing full construction build outs for over 200 sites. Daily interaction with customers to ensure build plans and standards were being met. Construction Manager for the National T-Mobile Modernization Project. This project is the beginning phase of the LTE project. It requires climbers for tower tops antenna replacement & reconfiguration of RETS, Electricians are also overseen for the installation of all the base work for the new cabinet installations. Coordinate contracted Crane Company’s for the replacement of the equipment and man baskets, for tower work that cannot be climbed safely. Daily tasks include scheduling crew leaders their daily assignments. Coordinating with building owners and tower Management Company's for access. Tracking all time and material, ordering any needed material. Daily conference calls to the NSN / T-Mobile construction & integration bridges. Scope walking jobs, and creating change orders for any out of scope items or equipment needed. Ensuring the construction information is accurate and complete before reporting to my upper management team or the customer. Created process for more efficient installations, which in turn keeps the site off air for as short of time possible, and allows for more profit. Developed a Point to Point and Ethernet Customer Service Delivery Program. Responsible for the creation of standards and practices to meet the needs of a low cost high return telecommunications program for FPL FiberNet. Steadily maintained and completed upwards of 100 projects. Created budgets, ordered material, hired resources, awarded work to contractors. Project Manager of a very successful OSP project to build fiber to over 200 substations and 7 power plants for Florida Power & Light. Efficiently and effectively directed all construction in some of the most hazarded places built by man. Not 1 incident, not 1 near miss during the duration of the project. Managed all construction aspects of the job, including design, engineering, material, permitting, turn up; coordination of multiple contractors was a daily task. My team and I were recognized for building to 90 substations in 90 days.

Responsible for inspections, site surveys and, risk assessment for the installation of the FPL FiberNet “Fiber to the Cell Site” project for major cellular groups. Oversaw and managed the fast tracked time lines of multiple installations of communication cabinets and fiber optic cable to over 300 sites. Coordinate contractor presence in buildings and site locations to ensure the work is done according to the state and local government guidelines and in a timely craftsmanship like manner. Worked directly with, and built relationships with representatives from Verizon, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, and Sprint as well as cell tower owners to obtain approvals for the installation. My team and I were recognized by T-Mobile for our continuing commitment for their successful launch of the 4G networks in the South Florida Market.

Supervised the construction of the Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, and Vehicle Maintenance Facility located at Camp Lejeune N.C. As the electrical foreman I supervised the rough in of buildings using PVC conduit before the slab was poured for power, data, lights, and rigid conduit for fire alarm, and secured communication.

Supervised the construction of 3 new Apple Computer retail stores. All jobs were completed on time and on budget. Excellent is one of the many requirements for the completion of these stores. Multiple automated lighting control panels for showroom and sales floors. Fast paced, multi trades atmosphere was a daily routine.

Completed several smaller contracts that included the installation of dedicated power for network servers for the company Switch and Data; installed wireless network for a high-rise senior center.

Built out the electrical portion of 2 Grainger Stores

Maintenance upgrades for The City of San Francisco deteriorated electrical grid in the Downtown area. Upgraded the parking garage lighting for Jackson Memorial Hospital to

Installation of the mass notification system at Military Weapons Depot, Military Ocean Terminal Sunny, worked with engineers from Johnson Controls to complete an array of 17 speaker poles, and 9 buildings, wirelessly linked to the security operations building to provide an audible and visual warning system in the event of a natural disaster or security threat.  Operation of heavy machinery for land clearing and restructuring. On the spot ingenuity was key for this project. Also built multiple buildings for the testing of ammunition & high explosive ordnance.

 Brunswick County middle school, Installation of conduit for panels including the main service for the MDP and generator. Terminated multiple pieces of equipment including fire alarms, light fixtures and various other electrical devices

Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Worked in clean room environments where processes and policies were mandated by the FDA. Used class 1 division 1 type enclosures along with PVC coated conduit for clean rooms. Cleanliness and craftsmanship were an absolute must. I worked managing 2 crews that consisted of a total of 13 men. I instructed Lock Out Tag Out training Personal Protective Equipment training, and many other training sessions. I represented the company during daily meeting to inform the managers of critical updates for the scheduling of work, operated under the RGD Project Management Group for the Prevnar shut down. I supervised the installation of conduit, wire for building maintenance systems, fiber optics, and designed and built portable 120/ 240/ 480 power packs for equipment operation during site wide power downs. Installed PLC's and agitator motors for the manufacturing processes of vaccines.  Constructed miles of conduit raceways for data, power, and security.

Built and installed automated conveyer systems for Caterpillar.
