T-Mobile Modernization Project. This project is the beginning phase of the
LTE project. It requires climbers for tower tops antenna replacement &
reconfiguration of RETS, Electricians are also overseen for the installation
of all the base work for the new cabinet installations. Coordinate contracted
Crane Company’s for the
replacement of the equipment and man baskets, for tower work that cannot be
climbed safely. Daily tasks include scheduling crew leaders their daily assignments.
