Construction Manager for the National T-Mobile Modernization Project. This project is the beginning phase of the LTE project. It requires climbers for tower tops antenna replacement & reconfiguration of RETS, Electricians are also overseen for the installation of all the base work for the new cabinet installations. Coordinate contracted Crane Companys for the replacement of the equipment and man baskets, for tower work that cannot be climbed safely. My team and I were recognized for building to 90 substations in 90 days.

Responsible for inspections, site surveys and, risk assessment for the installation of the FPL FiberNet “Fiber to the Cell Site” project for major cellular groups. Oversaw and managed the fast tracked time lines of multiple installations of communication cabinets and fiber optic cable to over 300 sites. Coordinate contractor presence in buildings and site locations to ensure the work is done according to the state and local government guidelines and in a timely craftsmanship like manner. Worked directly with, and built relationships with representatives from Verizon, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, and Sprint as well as cell tower owners to obtain approvals for the installation. Completed several smaller contracts that included the installation of dedicated power for network servers for the company Switch and Data; installed wireless network for a high-rise senior center.

I supervised the installation of conduit, wire for building maintenance systems, fiber optics, and designed and built portable 120/ 240/ 480 power packs for equipment operation during site wide power downs. Installed PLC's and agitator motors for the manufacturing processes of vaccines.  Constructed miles of conduit raceways for data, power, and security.
